Privacy policy

This website has no user accounts, no database, no cookies and no trackers. We receive personal data through the emails you choose to send us and through the technical logs our host keeps to run the site. This policy explains what happens to both.

This website has no user accounts and stores nothing you type. When you use the contact or investor form, your email application opens a draft that you send yourself. The draft contains what you entered: your name, organisation, email address, country, investor type where relevant, and your message.

Your own email provider carries that message to us, and its privacy policy applies to that step.

Name, email address and message are required to answer you. The other fields are optional.

When you visit the website, our host's servers record technical data such as your IP address, the page requested and the time of the request. The website loads its fonts and images from its own host and calls no third-party service.

We use your emails to answer you and, if you ask, to send you investor information under NDA. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We use your data for no other purpose, and we make no automated decisions about you.

One authorised person at Phiros SA, in Paris, reads and answers these emails. Huudi Forest Company Limited does not receive them. We do not forward them to anyone else and use no customer relationship management (CRM) tool.

Hostinger International Ltd hosts our mailbox in a data centre in the European Union.

Vercel Inc. hosts this website and keeps the technical server logs, including IP addresses, to run and secure the site.

We do not sell or rent your data. We disclose it to a public authority only where the law requires us to.

Your emails stay in the European Union: our mailbox sits in an EU data centre and is read in Paris. Hostinger International Ltd is established in Cyprus, an EU member state.

Vercel Inc. is based in the United States. It is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission recognised as providing an adequate level of protection in its decision of 10 July 2023. Vercel states that it also uses standard contractual clauses where needed.

No other transfer takes place.

We keep these emails for 24 months at most from receipt, then delete them. This limit applies without exception, including when an exchange leads to a non-disclosure agreement or a business relationship.

Vercel keeps technical logs for the period set out in its privacy policy (vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy).

The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and keeps nothing you type. Your message travels from your email application to our mailbox like any other email. Only the authorised person at Phiros SA accesses that mailbox.

Email is not a safe channel for confidential documents. Please do not include sensitive personal or financial information in a first message. We exchange confidential material under NDA.

Under the GDPR you may access, correct or erase your data and ask us to restrict its processing.

You may also object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of your data based on our legitimate interest (Article 21 GDPR).

Under French data protection law you may give instructions on what happens to your data after your death.

Write to contact@huudi-tz.com. We answer within one month. For complex requests this period can be extended by two months, in which case we tell you why. If we have reasonable doubts about your identity, we may ask you to confirm it.

You may also complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL, online at cnil.fr or by post at 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France.

This website is meant for professionals. We do not knowingly collect data about children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, write to us and we will delete it.

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.

We may update this policy, for example if the website starts using a new service. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version, currently 7 October 2026.
