ETHICS
We take an inclusive approach that respects the environment and human dignity. All our actions are conducted with and for local communities, fostering fair cooperation. We also strive to minimize our environmental footprint.
TRANSPARENCY
We guarantee total transparency across all our projects: Origin of funds; Operational monitoring; Environmental impact; Collaboration methods with local operators and teams. Our contributors can also visit the projects, either remotely (videos) or on-site in Tanzania.
SECURITY
Our activities sometimes extend to remote or sensitive areas. To secure each project, we rely on: A French partner based in Tanzania; Active support from the French Embassy; Clear procedures ensuring proper use of invested funds and successful completion of projects.
RESILIENCE
We continuously work to strengthen the resilience of our operations in the face of environmental and security challenges. We also contribute to the resilience of local communities through training and skills development programs.
OUR CSR POLICY
We are convinced that mining must be done responsibly, ethically and transparently, in close partnership with local communities. This is why we have fully integrated the three dimensions of sustainable development – social, environmental and economic – at the heart of our model.
